I created several prints with this messaging, which was inspired by going to therapy sessions for the first time and paying extra attention to my mental well-being. I returned to my university after graduating and couldn't figure out what I was supposed to be doing with life. All my close friends weren't there anymore, I was working through a long distance relationship - times got dark... and this was/is a phrase I repeated to myself to try to stay positive.
