This red and blue design represents the tug-of-war relationship of the heart and brain, learning to trust that the quieter voice may be the one that actually knows what you need. The brain, full of noise, fear, and patterns, often tells comforting lies, while the heart usually points to what’s real and true. I'm guessing this is what most of us try to outrun our entire lives, while our emotions continue to fluctuate like the use of red and blue throughout this series.
